Farmhouse Giveaway

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of the Aurora Cellars Farmhouse Stay Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is Aurora Cellars (“Sponsor”), located in Lake Leelanau, Michigan.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the required entry steps detailed in the official Giveaway post published by Aurora Cellars on Instagram and/or Facebook during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per platform.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, generated by bots, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

One (1) winner will receive a two (2) consecutive-night stay at the Aurora Vineyards Estate Farmhouse in Michigan for up to six (6) guests.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1000.

Prize Restrictions:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

The two-night stay must consist of two consecutive nights and is strictly subject to availability. Certain dates, including summer weekends reserved for weddings and other private events, may be unavailable for prize redemption.

The stay must be booked and redeemed within twelve (12) months of the winner being selected, and no later than November 2, 2027.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the property.

Transportation to and from the property, meals, incidentals, and any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for replacing or compensating the winner for any portion of the prize that is unused or forfeited.

Waiver Requirement: The winner and any accompanying adult guests may be required to execute Sponsor’s standard Release of Liability and Property Waiver before arrival and check-in at the farmhouse. Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place within forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the Giveaway Period.

The potential winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) from Aurora Cellars’ official Instagram and/or Facebook account.

Aurora Cellars will never request payment, credit card information, banking information, or payment of taxes or fees to claim the prize.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize.

To fully claim the prize, the potential winner must complete and return any required Release of Liability, Property Waiver, eligibility verification, or other required documentation within seven (7) days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize.

In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

9. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, social media handle, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for the administration of the Giveaway and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses fraudulent or automated methods to enter, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before such action.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Giveaway are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved in an appropriate court located in the State of Michigan, subject to applicable law.
