In addition to having access to our beautiful, Victorian Farmhouse and gorgeous wedding lawn space, couples who hold their wedding at the Aurora Cellars Estate will be able to exchange their vows in front of our iconic grand Willow, Winslow.
Winslow is approximately 60 years old. The name Winslow came to be after we held a contest to choose a name. Willow trees thrive around water, our pond located directly behind Winslow keeps him quite happy and growing. In the Spring, Winslow’s branches are filled with the hypnotic sounds of Michigan Peepers.
He is part of our Estate wedding venue and is an important pillar of many photo galleries and paintings. Since our first wedding season in 2014, Winslow has been the backdrop for more than 225 weddings. When getting married at the Estate, the design for your ceremony is centered around Winslow.

When you are under Winslow, it feels like you are in a private, hidden room. This makes for the perfect location for your first look or even a romantic dining experience.

If your wedding wasn’t magical enough, end it with a Northern Michigan sunset behind Winslow. The view is absolutely breathtaking as it is framed with the landscape and tiki torches.

Many of our couples have come back year after year to celebrate milestones in their lives under Winslow. We are honored to be included in special moments such as annual trips back to where their “together forever” began, anniversaries, and even introducing new additions to the family!
