The 2017 Brut Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on the Leelanau Peninsula. The fruit was hand harvested and whole cluster
pressed to ensure the bright cherry aromatics found in Pinot Noir were preserved in order to shine through on the nose following fermentation.
The wine was produced in the charmat method to allow the wine to show more of the varietal characteristics. This sparkling wine is fresh, crisp, and refreshing with clean cherry aromatics. It is a wine that pairs well with ceviche, shrimp cocktail, and many other types of fresh seafood. It is also a wonderful pairing with Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine.
